A conversion and addition to the original Poolman starch factory on the Port Melbourne Lagoon; Sandridge Bay Towers is a 12 storey apartment development by architect Peter Smithson. The construction was Project managed by Bill Parker.

A new development at 1 Beach Street, HM@S is a twin tower 19 storeys apartment complex by renowned architects Fender Katsalidis.
Developed by Nonda Katsalidis, Bill was Development Manager from inception through to handover to the purchasers, managing all aspects through feasibility, design, construction and delivery.
